About Kathy

I am a Canberra-based celebrant but also work in South East regional NSW and have links in the Illawarra region.

I was inspired to become a celebrant in 2017 when marriage equality was legalised and finally became available to everyone.

For the past 20 years I have held senior management and executive roles in the ACT Government, and am adept at bringing people together, understand that the details matter, and can manage the unexpected.

I love working with people to help make a difference in their lives. In addition to my professional roles, I have also volunteered within the community including at Lyneham Primary school, Majura Football Club and with St Vincent de Paul’s night patrol.

I have been married to Graeme for over 25 years and we have two sons, Jack and Billy. I enjoy travelling, seeing live music and socialising with friends.
